Rakesh brings over 16 years of experience across electrical engineering, renewable energy, power generation, utility networks and engineering project management. He has led the engineering and delivery of large-scale solar PV, BESS, Virtual Power Plant and power infrastructure projects across the Northern Territory, Queensland, Western Australia and New South Wales. His experience includes grid connection and utility approvals, feasibility studies, detailed design, technical due diligence, procurement, construction and commissioning. Before establishing AGILE, Rakesh managed critical power-generation assets, including 90 MW gas-turbine infrastructure for Northern Territory utilities. He holds postgraduate qualifications in electrical engineering and engineering management and is recognised as a Chartered Professional Engineer and Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland.
Ahmed brings over 11 years of international experience across utility-scale solar PV, battery energy storage and high-voltage substation projects in Australia, the Middle East and Europe. His expertise spans electrical design and design review, technical due diligence, quality assurance, equipment inspection, testing and commissioning, and MV/HV switchgear and substation systems. Ahmed has supported major renewable-energy developers, engineering consultancies and EPC contractors across projects ranging from large solar and BESS facilities to green-hydrogen and transmission infrastructure. At AGILE, he provides senior technical leadership across a portfolio of renewable-energy projects, applying strong knowledge of IEC and AS/NZS requirements to deliver safe, compliant and practical engineering outcomes.
Aditi holds a Master’s in Renewable Energy from UNSW. With experience at AGL Energy in asset performance and project delivery, she specialises in PV system design, hybrid renewable systems, and energy optimisation.
Harshul is a Graduate Electrical Engineer specialising in power systems, renewable-energy integration and Virtual Power Plant technology. He holds a Master of Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales, where his research examined the ability of VPPs to reduce peak electricity demand and deliver financial benefits for energy suppliers and prosumers in the New South Wales market. Harshul is skilled in PSCAD, PSS®E, MATLAB and Simulink, with experience in power-system modelling, protection studies, renewable-energy feasibility assessments, grid integration and energy optimisation. He also brings practical exposure to SCADA systems, communications protocols and technical analysis across solar, wind and battery-storage applications.
In addition to the core engineering team, the business is supported by an accomplished HR Business Partner, Neha Pal; an Accounting & Finance expert, Kash Sagar; and a versatile business administrator and virtual assistant, Zie Chiu.
