PM services for 3 rooftop sites- aggregated 1.65 MW – NT

AGILE team was engaged by a Perth-based EPC contractor to provide engineering project management for installing and commissioning three rooftop sites, totaling 1.6 MW around Darwin, for Airport Development Group. AGILE successfully managed complex site shutdowns during testing and commissioning and navigated the Northern Territory’s grid-connection requirements.

Feasibility studies for Solar & BESS project in NT

AGILE Team provided engineering consulting to assess the feasibility of solar and battery energy storage (BESS) solutions at five Client-owned sites in the Northern Territory. The studies outlined three technical, financial, and commercial pathways, offering essential considerations for an informed final investment decision. This project encompassed market engagement, RFQs, budgeting, scheduling, and risk analysis. AGILE is proud to have enabled the Client’s decision to move into the development and construction phases.

PM services for 2.1 MW Solar & BESS – Orchestrated via VPP – NT

AGILE Team provided engineering project management for an NT-based client during the development phase, assisting with PMP preparation, budgeting, scheduling, RFT, tender assessment, EPC contracts, land access, planning, and DNSP network connection. We were proud to support an innovative project orchestrating multiple sites via a virtual power plant, aligning with the Northern Territory’s renewable goals.

2MW ground mount solar system – Engineering design drawings – QLD

AGILE Team delivered comprehensive engineering design and drafting for a 2 MW solar farm, including geo-referenced drawings, site layout, module layouts, detailed solar arrays, electrical asset overviews, and fencing.

10.5MW ground mount solar system – Tender submission support – QLD

AGILE Team provided time-sensitive, highly technical consulting for an EPC contractor’s comprehensive tender on a 10.5 MW ground-mount solar project. The tender included precise time and cost estimates across civil, mechanical, electrical, SCADA and control, and power system analyses.

500kW rooftop PV system – Design review and compliance- WA

AGILE Team provided engineering consulting to review design drawings and ensure WA-DNSP compliance for the successful connection and commissioning of a 500 kW rooftop solar system.

Feasibility studies for Solar & BESS for industrial client - NT

Team at AGILE conducted feasibility studies to determine the deployment of solar and battery energy storage (BESS) solutions, helping a large glass manufacturing firm meet its corporate Net Zero objectives and offset high electricity costs. We are pleased that the project is now progressing to the development and construction phase.

BESS - Bench testing and performance analysis - NT

A prominent energy company in the Northern Territory sought to introduce a new battery energy storage system (BESS) as part of its product line for residential and commercial customers. AGILE provided engineering services by bench testing the BESS to ensure it met all performance criteria claimed by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and complied with Australian standards.

Technical due diligence for 14.5MW BTM solar plant –NT

AGILE Team successfully delivered consulting services for the due diligence of an NT Defence solar project. A 30-year MLF/DLF assessment and a power curtailment assessment were conducted to help the client make informed financial decisions

PM services for 2MW across 15 rooftop sites orchestrated via VPP – NT
