Rakesh Patel brings over 15+ years of expertise in engineering project management across renewable energy, traditional power generation, and power networks. With two postgraduate degrees in engineering and management, and Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) accreditation, Rakesh specializes in overseeing large-scale solar and BESS projects.
Alamdar S
Senior Electrical Engineer
Alamdar, a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), with SAA and RPEQ accreditation, and 14+ years of global experience, specializes in solar PV and BESS system designs. He has led projects from microgrid implementations to utility-scale solar farms.
Aditi Katyarmal
Project Engineer
Aditi holds a Master's in Renewable Energy from UNSW. With experience at AGL Energy in asset performance and project delivery, she specialises in PV system design, hybrid renewable systems, and energy optimisation.
Thuriyaa Theedhan
Power System Engineer
Thuriyaa is a recent Electrical Engineering graduate with expertise in power system analysis, grid integration of renewables, and power electronics. Skilled in PSCAD, MATLAB, and Python, he has contributed to transmission stability studies and energy optimization projects.
In addition to the core engineering team, the business is supported by an accomplished HR Business Partner, Neha Pal; an Accounting & Finance expert, Kash Sagar; and a versatile business administrator and virtual assistant, Zie Chiu.
